Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Custom orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days.
Processing time includes preparing, packaging, and preparing the order for shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
During busy seasons, launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Confirmation

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
L.Marie’s Place is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Once purchased, digital downloads will be available immediately or sent via email depending on the product.
All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
