Refund policy

At L.Marie’s Place, every product and resource is created with care to support and encourage women on their journey. Because many of our products are handmade, customized, or digital in nature, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.

Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on:

• Physical products
• Digital products or downloads
• Books
• Services or creative work

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be refunded.

Store Credit Eligibility

In limited situations, store credit may be issued for certain physical accessory products.

Store credit may be considered only if the item arrives broken or damaged.

To qualify for store credit:

• The item must be a physical accessory product purchased from L.Marie’s Place
• The customer must provide clear photo proof that the item arrived broken or damaged
• The request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

Books are not eligible for store credit.

Items Not Eligible for Store Credit

The following items are not eligible for refunds or store credit:

• Books
• Digital products or downloads
• Services or creative work
• Apparel or other physical items unless specifically listed as accessories

Store Credit Process

If your accessory item arrives damaged:

  1. Email Lmarie@lmariesplace.com within 30 days of purchase

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos showing the damage

    • A brief description of the issue

Once the request is reviewed and approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.

Store credit can be used toward future purchases on L.Marie’s Place.
